For some weird reason I had never been to San Francisco before this trip. My hometown is just a 8 hour drive from this great city and I had no legitimate excuse for never visiting. So, my friend Filasky and I decided we had to spend at least one night in the city on the way to Lake Tahoe. Little did we know that our friend, Ben, lived in the badass part of city that is called South of Market (SoMa). This part of the city is know for its art, lofts, and old warehouses. His apartment was a huge old warehouse full of rad old mannequins and street signs.

After a few shots of Bundaberg Rum (compliments of our Australian friends) we were off on one of the best pub-crawls I cannot remember (the photos help).

Ben took us through areas of the city such as: The Tenderloin, Mission District, Downtown/Union Square, and The Castro.

We had to Leave in the morning to make sure we got up into the mountains before a big storm moved in, but we didn’t want to go! Ben, WE WILL BE BACK!
