The Australian Outback is vast, mostly uninhabited, and pretty amazing! Be warned though it is a bit expensive because everything has to be truck in from far away. Spend a few weeks and move around between: Kings Canyon, Alice Springs, Yulara, Katherine Gorge, Darwin, Tennate Creek, and Kakadu National Park.

DON’T: Do not by any sort of booze out here. A 6 pack of domestic beers cost about $40A. The price is high to try and stop alcohol abuse by the native aboriginals.

GO: You will most likely spend a few days in Darwin. Make sure to check out Tits Out Tuesday (TOT) @ Lost Arc on Mitchell Street. It is a who bunch of backpacker chicks getting their tits out to compete for a cash prize.
